RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Custom Printed Items are not eligible for refund, exchange or return as they are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault (defective or damaged).
Custom Printed Items are T-Shirts, Hoodies, Phone Cases, Mouse Mat, Tote Bags, Long Sleeves, Leggings, Bags, Shoes, Pouches, Tumblers, Shirts, Pillow Cases, Socks, Bedding Set, Mugs and Canvas.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Please be delicate when trying on purchases and watch out for things like deodorants and lotions to prevent any incidental damage.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
With bodysuit type purchases, please do not try on purchases with out under garments to prevent any contamination or staining. Undergarment purchases such as underwear or panties cannot be refunded upon opened packaging.
The age old question. Well, we don’t want to wear someone else’s underwear and would guess that you don’t either. We do not accept returns on underwear that's been opened, as we cannot re-sell them to other customers (it's also NY State Law, believe it or not!) However we will issue a partial merchandise credit for select orders to exchange for another size or style if your first pair just didn't work - we want to get you pieces you love and will do our best to make that happen! Our suggestion? If it's your first order and you bought a few, try on one pair first to gauge fit before you open them all.
We only accept returns and exchanges of product purchased from K-Generation online store at www.k-generation.com.
Package must be post marked as being en route to us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Shipping fee will be paid by the customer for returned items.
IMPORTANT: Please include your first & last name and email as indicated on your order, in addition to a copy of your original invoice inside the package. Failure to include this information may result in our inability to process your return.
Once your order is received & processed you will be notified by email & refunded to the original method of payment for the cost of the item only. Shipping fee are not included in the refund when returned or cancelled.
Please allow up to two weeks processing time for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Free Offers/Giveaways: All "Free + Shipping" offers must be cancelled within the same day of order and are non-refundable once shipped.
The K-Generation sells products to end-use consumers only, and we reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect the products are being purchased for resale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
